The Mississippi Center for Nursing has meeting space available for groups, sales meetings, receptions, etc.

The Mississippi Center for Nursing is located off Highway 463 in Woodgreen Office Park, west of Madison Exit 108 at Interstate 55. The Center for Nursing is just two miles west of downtown Madison and five miles north of Jackson.

Overlooking two small lakes, the building has adequate restroom facilities, telephones and ample parking.

The Conference Room provides meeting space for up to 60 classroom style and 40 lecture style. The use of the built-in white board, flip charts, and projector screen are included in the rental fee. Additional audiovisual equipment must be rented by the visiting organization.

The Boardroom provides seating for 12 around the board table.

Two decks are located at the back of the building facing the ponds, with entrance to one deck from the Conference Room. The decks can serve as additional break-out areas.

Catering services are the responsibility of the visiting organization.  Our facilities are smoke free.  A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all events cancelled within seven days of the event.

RATES for Conference Room:
$250 per day
$125 per half-day(morning or afternoon)
$250 per evening or Saturday
$ 35 kitchen fee

RATES for Boardroom:
$150 per day
$ 75 per half-day
$200 per evening or Saturday
$ 35 kitchen fee
