2024 Leadership Institute
The Mississippi Nurses Foundation is excited to host its seventh MNF Nurses Leadership Institute (NLI) for MNA Members! Space is limited to 15 participants, so please submit your applications early!
Leadership is an integral part of nurse development and professionalism. The NLI targets staff nurses, nurse managers, and nurse educators who desire to expand their knowledge of leadership and enhance their role as a leader.
Participation in the NLI requires participants to attend five (5) leadership development sessions commencing in February 2024 and concluding in July 2024.
Participants will be reimbursed for mileage from their place of residence to attend NLI as well as priority eligibility for 2024 MNA Convention Stipends.
Applications for NLI are due no later than January 17, 2024.
