2026 Leadership Institute
The Mississippi Nurses Foundation is excited to host its 9th Annual MNF Nurses Leadership Institute (NLI) for 2026! Space is limited to 15 participants, so please submit your applications early! Priority selection will be given to MNA members.
Leadership is an integral part of nurse development and professionalism. The NLI targets staff nurses, nurse managers, and nurse educators who desire to expand their knowledge of leadership and enhance their role as a leader.
Participation in the NLI requires participants to attend three (3) full-day leadership development sessions commencing in May 2026 and concluding in August 2026. All sessions will be held at the Mississippi Center for Nursing in Madison, MS, unless otherwise notified by MNF. A final schedule for sessions will be released at a later date.
Participants will be reimbursed for mileage from their place of employment to attend NLI as well as priority eligibility for 2026 MNA Convention Stipends.
